    In DWR 2, iframe mode was also used for any call from IE6 with disabled ActiveX. It seems this is no longer the case in DWR 3. Joe: what's your thoughts on this?

    I wonder how useful it is? How many corporations will break XHR in IE6 and still leave Javascript in tact. I'm sure several used to, but now ...

This scenario is indeed still common enough. Missing support is a blocker for us which will prevent upgrading to DWR 3.0.
